The Brief:

Transcribe UK required an easy to manage but highly flexible solution to manage client audio files submitted for transcription and transcripts to be downloaded after completion.

 

The Solution:

Onig Solutions delivered a highly scalable and extremely flexible solution allowing Transcribe UK to manage all manner of audio files, documents and other media via a secure online management area. This allows Transcribe UK to deal with any clients, regardless of the location and also allows staff to work remotely on the client files. All this was done while maintaining visually pleasing and simple interface to both users and staff alike. Client confidentiality is foremost and naturally, security is core to the website.
